Why does a large amount of coffee make me feel really ill?

Two cups in the morning invigorates me and helps me wake up. If i have 2 more within a few hours i get a headache body aches and a strange itch in my brain. Just overall unwell. Could I be slightly allergic to it?

I assume too much caffeine for what your body can handle. I feel sick after 2 cups. Beats me how people can drink gallons of it a day with no effects.
