You can probably rely upon it to break down. It's 17 years old for Christ's sake.

It is as reliable as any 17 year old vehicle with 180,000 miles.  If it runs good now, the chances are that it will continue doing so.  If you can get it for $2000 to $2500 , you will probably get your money's worth out of it.          Or it may blow up next week,  You never know.

It has way too many miles on it.  I would not buy it myself.
