A garden salad, BUT you should consume it with a healthy fat such as avocado or olive oil dressing to get the most nutrition out of your salad. Certain vitamins are fat soluble and you absorb them best having a source with your meal.

Garden salad is more healthy since chef salad usually has cheese and dressing included.

Definitely a garden salad, with as little dressing as possible. No dressing would be optimal, but ew.. Keep in mind, the more protein and processed food you add, the less healthy the salad becomes.

"Healthier" is meaningless.
A Chef Salad is a balanced meal. A garden salad is a side dish.
