SONY DVD Player help?

Question

i have a SONY CD/DVD Player DVP-S7700 and i have this DVD-R that has something on it. when it reads the disk it says C:13:90

Update 2:

i figured out what it means its part of a self diagnosis function but i still dont know what the coad means

Maybe the DVD-R wasn't finalised.

possibly beyond your own capabilities.
