Would you get more buyers who like "unisex" anything than lose buyers who think you're being stupid?

Never heard of that. Bike frames may be unisex because they have a sloping top tube. But tires? No. The sloping top tube allows a woman wearing a skirt or a guy wearing a kilt to avoid having their clothing lifted up by the top tube. A person wearing pants can still ride the bike. That is why they are called unisex bikes. Tires are designed for road surfaces, and it makes no difference who is riding the bike. Only the particular road surface, whether it is concrete or gravel or sandy, determines which tires are appropriate.

The ONLY place I've found the word "unisex" used to describe a tire (tyre) is Amazon. And ONLY in countries other than the USA.
Example: Amazon.de = Germany. Continental Adult Speed King II 26 x 2.2 is listed as a 'unisex' tire. https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Continental-Unisex-Race...
The SAME exact tire on Amazon's USA website - https://www.amazon.com/Continental-Speed-Sport-Bla...
Neither is it listed as 'unisex' on the Continental Tire website. So, what's with Amazon in Europe? 🤔 Hell if I know. Ask them.

I have absolutely no idea. Tyres have different sizes, tread patterns, compositions but so far as I know none has ever had a gender or been gender specific.
