Can diabetics get dizzy and tired with high blood sugar?

Both. Usually with high blood?sugars over several days my vision blurs more than usual and NY brain can go hyercforvhours because I literally am on a?sugar high because the insulin isn't working or being absorbed. I usually do not go dizzy. . 

These days whether my cataracts?are getting worse or my vision is blurring is?a little harder to tell.
