What is the evolutionary reason that female mammals urinate?
Male mammals urinated to mark their territory. Why did female mammals evolve to need to urinate?

Same reason makes urinate - to get rid of excess water, salts and urea.
Male humans are more evolutionarily adapted as they can urinate standing up.

Both genders need to excrete fluids.

To remove from their bodies toxic wastes that have been filtered out of their blood by their kidneys.

The primary reason for urination is to get rid of liquid waste and water-soluble wastes.
Females as well as males mark their territory, though if she is bonded with a male she may let him take the main responsibility. When raising babies, females tend to guard the babies while the males (if they are involved) guard a larger territory.
Bird urine is white and thicker than mammal urine, and in scavenger species, it disinfects the bird's legs.

Mammals urinate to remove waste products from the body so both male and female animals do it. Because it can also carry scents it can serve a secondary purpose for males to mark their territory.

Because they need to rid themselves of nitrogenous wastes.

Urea is toxic. It is a waste product the body produces when we turn food into energy. If a mammal does not get rid of urea, the urea can kill. Even mammals that hibernate have to wake up periodically to urinate or they will die. Many mammalian babies have to be licked by the mothers to stimulate them to urinate. That is why humans wipe the rear end of baby mammals such as squirrels when they adopt orphaned infants. Urea did not evolve for the purpose of marking territories. Urea is used to mark territories by some mammals. Fish, amphibians, and turtles all excrete urea. Birds and most living reptiles OTOH excrete uric acid instead. Uric acid takes more energy to produce but it saves the body water. That is why lizards can thrive in a desert but mammals are rare in deserts.
