Will South Carolina ever become a swing state like North Carolina and Georgia did?

It may eventually but it won't be in the near future for two simple reasons. 1) Less people are moving to that state than the others two meaning less room for political change. 2) Its demographics is far more traditional than the other two states. 90% of South Carolina's population is either white or black. Politics is very racial in the Deep South. Practically all whites vote Republican and blacks always vote Democrat.

It will be one of the last to fall, but fall it will, in the hands of the Democrats. We just need a few more Viking dressed thug Barbarians to cause some more problems who happen to be from there.

They become swing states partially due to young professionals moving into the area, see Georgia and Texas. Are we seeing that in South Carolina?
