That font looks to be as either Roag or Mont (bold and italic).

It's just a bold italic sanserif font. It's been "shadowed" or "raised" to give it a slight 3D effect. It's "more bold" than is Arial Bold Italic. It's VERY similar to Arial Black Italic, and indeed it might be that.
