    No, I can not use a chainsaw ... intoxicated or not.

    Chainsaws scare me because I don't know how to use them.

    yes , best time to use them . get them going is easy , just stopping it is tricky .

    I am not aware of any law prohibiting it. Using potentially dangerous power tools while intoxicated is a good way to sustain serious bodily injury.
