Are there any wireless earbuds that don't use Bluetooth?
I'm just curious if there's any wireless earbuds that don't need the use of bluetooth. Like maybe something that connects directly to your device. So I wouldn't need the use of wifi and have the possibility of dropping the connection while I listen to music.
Anything like that, good brands?

Actually there are some wireless headsets that don't use bluetooth, they use a wireless usb-c "dongle" you can plug into your phone. It would require at least an android phone to work. Technically they are meant for gaming. SteelSeries is an example of a brand that makes such headphones. The main difference is these types of specialized headsets use a much higher quality microphone channel than bluetooth headsets.
Otherwise bluetooth is a decent standard, but you need a phone and earbuds that supports "Bluetooth 5.0" to get the best sound and distance.

No, not now. Wireless earbuds needs something to connect so they use Bluetooth for that. Use wired headphone for stable connection & low latency

Right now, phones aren't equipped for what you're asking. Bluetooth IS that "something that connects directly to your device". It is meant to take the place of short accessory cables, you don't have any extra adapters between your phone and your earpiece, and it's usually good for about 10 yards.
If you have the music stored on your phone and the phone in your pocket you shouldn't be having dropped connections. Streaming over dodgy Wi-Fi or cellular is going to be the cause of that.

Bluetooth and WiFi are two totally separate systems.
Bluetooth devices do connect directly to the phone (or other device - tablet or computer etc.) that you pair them with.
It makes no different if the device does not have wifi or if its wifi is turned off.
However, if you are listening to streaming media rather than files you have stored on your device, that will stop regardless of the type of headphones you use, wired or wireless, if the internet connection is lost.
No internet = no streaming of any type. It can only play stored files then.
Streaming means you are re-downloading everything you play, again and again and often not in full quality.
Copying (or "syncing") you own stored audio files from a computer to a phone or audio player used to be the normal way of playing music from a portable device, but people who started using streaming services [and paying repeatedly for the same tracks], seem to have forgotten that...
