How can i stop my incel friend from being cruel to animals?

He's extremely depressed and angry.

Recently he has been torturing his pets in the backyard. 

How can i make him stop

Please do the right thing and tell their parents know and also call the spca in your area,,, anyone who abuses animals has severe problems and may continue with abusing people at some time. You cannot stop him , but , you can prevent him from hurting other people by reporting this now.
