Is it better to use Sandisk Ultra 128GB SD Card, the Sandisk Extreme 128GB SD card or the Sandisk Extreme Pro 128GB SD card for my camera?

If you use it for taking photos, it makes no difference.  A Kingston 128G card is just as good.  If you're using a Canon EOS for shooting video to project onto a cine screen, the Extreme Pro will be less jerky.
