Ok I am searching the net for a clear answer but I’m not getting it, will I be required to be vaccinated to enter Jerusalem/Israel? ?
And possibly live there permanently?

Currently, only returning citizens are allowed in.
People coming to live permanently have to go through one of the organizations that are responsible for this. Then you would lave to stay in one of the quarantine centers for at least 2 weeks.
FYI, it can take six months and more to fulfill the requirements to move to Israel on a permanent basis

No country has yet released a vaccine requirement (as a vaccine programme hasn't been rolled out internationally)
You can't obviously move without a visa, irrelevant of the vaccine
