Should I call out this person for faking a mental illness?

I know somebody who has been diagnosed with major depressive disorder (clinical depression) by his psychiatrist. He claimed that it was triggered by childhood trauma. That’s not possible. It’s a hereditary disorder.

trauma can trigger shizophrenia. So trauma can trigger other mental illnesses. You are not a psychiatrist so calling someone fake is not really in your area of expertise.And as someone else said your are the mental illness troll.
