How come the low pressure gauge needle falls back to 32 psi after two 12 oz. cans of freon?
The compressor clutch was coming on.

The AC on ALL cars requires a specail TUNE UP and adding more FREON is NOT the answer! They recycle the FREON and add more PAG OIL to it and add MORE FREON as necessary to the car makers SPECS! You are WASTING your time with ADDING as the system must be EVACUATED FIRST< to draw in the fresh FREON! HOPE you get this!

What does the yellow AC information label say the refrigerant capacity is? Why are you trying to add refrigerant? Got a leak? Did you find the leak? Sounds like you have no clue what you're doing.

That is normal low side pressure. If you keep adding refrigerant you will send liquid to the compressor and it will be destroyed.
