I prefer: Nothing in the entire universe speaks for the existence of God louder than the sun.
Why? Because "for the existence of God" is a prepositional phrase used as an adverb to modify speaks. The sun speaks for the existence of God. It does not modify sun (sun for the existence of God)

Insert the word "the" before the word "sun" and your sentence will be grammatically correct.
Whether it's factually correct is of course a whole different issue.

No, the sun does not speak. Gods do not exist.
