how to bring my fish on the plane with only 3 ounces of water?

I need to bring my fish with me but they say 3 ounces or less per fish tank. How do I do it?

Bring a larger container that is empty, and fill it with water on the plane.

Tell them you are famous and your children are very sick and have autism then proceed talking about how they're last wish is to see the fish.Also tip them and compliment them but if you want to get even more dramatic start crying.
