was this done as a scare tactic and is it considered a threat. 

I moved on a block and someone shot your car, the car had a light tint and then when it was shot, the glass shattered but stayed in place. I got into a horrible car accident days later.

You just confessed to driving a car with a shattered window and causing a crash because you didn't have a clear view.

That would definitely be a crime on your part if the BS about someone shooting the car didn't confirm your status as a troll.

Maybe it was a threat and scare tactic, but maybe it was just chance. Can't say from the question, not enough info.
