No. I think most of them are well aware that it's an almost entirely harmless virus with a 0.03% mortality rate, and that most of them are simply wearing masks because they (like all other people) are federally required to by current legislation.

I think anyone dumb enough to actually believe that a virus which 99.97% of people recover from warrants federal enforcement of mask-wearing is probably part of the reason the average IQ drops by 1-2 points every generation.

So yeah, the mortality rate is actually LOWER than I claimed. Ain't 3rd grade math fun?
