After a recent tooth infection I notice hard lump at bottom kay nine tooth what can the lump be ?

I recently had a tooth infection from a decayed tooth I took antibiotics for one week pain and all went away but still at the bottom of the tooth is a small marble size circle lump what can this be...also after taking antibiotics the lump its self even quit hurting I press it no pain amoxicillin is very good

it's called canine not kay nine and call and ask your dentist

The gum is still swollen in that area and will take a while to settle down.
