Which has less stress? Flipping a home during a good housing economy or a bad housing economy?

Good housing economy... taking a long time to find a deal, having to babysit contractors, and worrying about losing value on the home. Bad housing economy... taking a long time to get financing and taking a long time to sell the house.

Good economy.  Easier to get the loans and close the sale once the homes are found and contracts negoitiated.

i would think theyre both stressful
