In wishing someone a happy holiday, if it's a man only along with his kids that live together, do u say "you & your family" ?

Orrr, does family imply a Mom, but no Mom is present, so if it does imply Mom, is it wrong to say "you and your beautiful family?"

Note: I already wrote the Xmas card greeting, then we realized it's just him and his kids...no female and we have only met his kids. Meanwhile, we just call everyone's family beautiful. Lol. So, do I need to get another Xmas card and rewrite my inside greeting or what?

A single dad with kids is still a family. His kids are his family and he's theirs. So saying "your beautiful family" is just fine.

A family can be family, with or without a Mom.
