Probably a silly question but is my new jumper I've just bought too big for me ?

Apologies for the mask but I had nothing else to hide my face.

We can't try clothes on in shops in the UK at the moment. I measured the jumper with a tape measure in the shop but not quite right I don't think ??

The sleeves are way too long, otherwise it fits fine. 

I think if you went down a size it would be too snug on your torso.
