There are two kinds of PeePaws,

The Handyman, go direct to Lowes or Home Depot and search for tools under your price range.  Easy Peasy.  I have 5 daughters and they all get me gift cards from these places every gift.  

The Other one:  this type of PeePaw spends most time at home, likes a good book and maybe some nice imported scotch.  gift: Slippers, bottle of imported scotch, Unique and interesting bookmark.

Money, money, and more $$$$$$$$$$$$$.  Take them on a shopping spree or let them spend a certain amount of money on anything they want on ebay, etc.
