The 1918 'Spanish Flu' epidemic is currently known as 'seasonal flu'.

While it is not currently known how long the vaccines for Covid-19 provide protection, I can absolutely promise there will NEVER be a time when 100% of the population has ANY vaccine.

How on earth do you actually expect anyone to answer this?  NO ONE KNOWS.

People have estimated that the epidemic or its effects could last as long as 10 years, though through studies and the humans natural defences respecting to heard immunity (studies done recently towards the end of 2020), we should be out completely of all effects of the epidemic by roughly, May, 2021.

We should start seeing some serious relief, worldwide, in the 2nd half of next year. By that time, the vaccine will be available to the vast majority of the population. This will not mean that there will not be any more COVID, but that it will be controlable. I think overall, it'll be with us for years.

Nobody can forecast that.  The practices we are using such as wearing masks may be carried on for decades or forever.

Never. This will never ever happen for a few reasons.

    - there will always be people who are against vaccinations either out of fear or because they think they're unsafe.

    - there are poor countries which won't have access to as many doses.

    - there are rich countries which will make it hard for poorer people in their countries from obtaining the vaccine.

    - COVID-19 is so out there in the world now that it'll just always be out there. The overall numbers may drop but it'll keep popping up indefinitely like the flu.

We will never be rid of this virus just like we aren't rid of many diseases that we have vaccines for.

When will the infection rate no longer meet the criteria of global pandemic?   Unsure, but probably not in the next couple years.

Wildcard is how long the vaccine actually works which is something no one knows.

    Never.

3rd world countries won't get most of their vaccines until 2022 or 2023 and we will probably never be 100% vaccinated; even in the US.
