My boyfriend refuse to answer my calls left expensive tools at house. Can I sell them?

Dump them on his doorstep with a note saying it's over.  You can stop referring to him as "my boyfriend" because clearly he is not.

There's actually a legal process for that if you really want to go through it.  The honest thing to do is to just leave them with a friend or family member of his.  Otherwise I have no idea what you guys are going through, but selling his stuff will certainly make it worse.
