a girl in my school asked for help and i told her that i wont be able to help her so she replied by no worries, thank you so much!

maybe she's just naturally nice, or maybe she's being sarcastic. But it;s more likely that she was being nice, because lots of people say things like that to show that it's ok and that there are no hard feelings behind it, so that you don;t get into a fight or whatever
