Can my landlord take custardy of my child?
I am a single mother and just moved into the complex with my daughter. My landlord is trying to take custardy of my baby. He snuck some language in my rental contract that I must give my daughter to him and his wife. I'm sick to death about this and dont' know what to do. Did I really sign over my daughter?

You need to get realistic. Signing your child over to another person is illegal and your landlord and you would both be arrested.
Only if you dessert him you pudding!

No contract like that could possibly be legal. So, if this story is true, get an attorney and clear this up YESTERDAY. This is your daughter you're talking about.
