I’m 33 and I can’t stand social media. I never use it. It’s definitely the worst thing to happen to most relationships. I have no patience for that crap. I love my smartphone but I’m not using it for social media.

Yes, but not just the Millennials.  My wife is 48, just got a smartphone a couple of years ago, and she became an instant Millennial when she got it.  She likes to sit on the couch and read Facebook posts to me, and she actually tried to pause a live conversation with me so she could reply to a text.  That last thing only happened once.

Smartphones and social media make people stupid, it's just a fact.

The tech savvy youngsters whose entire working life will involve paying off boomer debt and speculative excess? No, they have been financially ruined by their elders.  So glad many young people are free from the bigotry and faux religiosity of the failed boomer generation.
