Which graphic novel is this?

It is very unlikely anyone will know. Several years ago at Barnes and Noble I briefly skimmed through a comic book in the graphic novels section. All I remember is it wa sin black and white, this lady with kinda short blonde hair (I ihink kinda like Marilyn Monroe) brought a photo in an envelope to her husband's office, telling someone "It's for my husband" and when her husband opens it it's a photo of her lying down topless with her arms behind her head smiling at the camera. Also another part of the book was 2 other people having sex (Woman on top, black hair tied behind her head) while speaking French, and the translation was at the back of the book.
