Moving profile pic on Facebook?

Question

I have a .GIF picture I want to use on my FB profile but I cannot figure out how to use it. I can select it but it doesn't move. I have seen others that move so I know it can be done. Can anyone out there help? Thanks!

You cant Upload a Animated GIF on Facebook when you Upload Animated GIF Pictures the Animation is Automatically Removed by Default
