What breeds does my puppy have in him?

I know that the only real way to know is to get him DNA tested, but I just wanted to know what breeds people think he looks like right now. He is 8 and a half months old and is 67 pounds. We were originally told that he is a Boxer Pitbull mix. I attached a picture below.

I think they were right when they said Boxer/pit cross.  Check out some of these images.

He is a good boy. That is all you need to know.

I think he fits this description except for the ear part: "Generally, the dogs of this breed tend to have a broad head of the Pitbull with long legs, dropping ears, and chest of a boxer. The muzzle does not have the characteristic brachycephalic feature of the Boxer and is usually short."

He looks certainly to be part Boxer (& pit seems likely).  A male Boxer usually runs 60-70 lbs and 22-25 inches at the shoulder bones (withers). Pits are often mixed to begin with  He may have something a little larger (also) but the tight, small feet feet and thin leg bones, do not suggest anything as large as Bull Mastiff.

    Generic pit bull type mutt

I would say boxer and some sort of hound.  I don't see that wide "pit" forehead.

    Good looking dog!

Boxer/pit looks ok.   Most mutts are more than just two breeds.

If I had to guess outside of what you've already suggested I might guess a bit of hound.  He's deep chested but not hugely built, plus the coloring.

Behavior will often reveal more details about what he might possibly be.

If that's only 8.5 months and 67 pounds already I'm thinking a mutt that isn't a boxer pitbull because he would be smaller and thicker. You may not want to hear this, but he should be still growing to be 90% at a year. Probably eats a lot, too.

He looks kind of Amstaff and boxer.

Doesn't have the face of a pitbull and seems too tall and eyes don't match them.

If he stays about the same size and builds muscle, I'd guess Amstaff/boxer. This one where I live in Las Vegas says Amstaff/Boxer mix, and projected as up to 100 pounds.
