"God bless you two." or "God bless you both." ?

    The first is more informal - if you're writing, then the second one. 

    The word "you" is intrinsically plural when used this way, so "both" is unnecessary, but okay.

    You DO NOT say  "too" and you DO NOT say "both".  You just say "God bless you".  You is implied plural and does NOT need any qualification.

    Either is fine. I'd use "God bless you both."

    God bless you both sounds classier.

    Both are OK.  So would be: "God bless you too", where it means also.
