We tend to talk about staying away from some people, or keeping away from some people or situations, or even keeping THEM away from us.
Might be best to say "keep some distance from the people who make you angry", if the idea is that you can avoid becoming angry if you avoid the people who cause it.

I would say "Keep your distance from those who make you angry."
