Which engineering branch is best for a biomedical engineering postgraduate?

I'm considering Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering (since im kinda interested in technology) or Computer Science.

I love working with numbers, data and technology and never get bored of them, but I don't particularly love electrical engineering and physics, although im not bad at them. I also love life sciences and always wished to study them, so im thinking of applying to an engineering branch that will allow me to get into biomedical engineering in the future. Which branch would be the best for this?

Look for a job in biomedical engineering at a large company making medical equipment.

What about chemical engineering?  Much of the life processes involve chemical processes and you still get the fluid flow and energy transfer aspects.
