Trying to log onto webkinz after years?

Question

I tried to log onto my webkinz account after not being on it for years, i think the login information is correct but it says I need to change my password for security reasons, and then after I fill out the info it says "failed to validate your credentials". Has this happened to anyone else, and have you figured it out?
