Your Hgb is low. The causes are treated not the blood. You need a batter diet & exercise. Then a new blood test in 3 months. Dang! Now I can't charge you.

OF course not.  We typically do not transfuse unless it is 7.0 or less.

You can take iron and b12 vitamin supplements to boost your hemoglobin.
