What could these symptoms be?

I've had this issue for years with my hands and feet. They're always really cold and they turn bright red often, but they never turn white or blue. I had a CBC and everything came back normal. Does anyone know what this could be?

Raynaud's phenomena or cold agglutinin disease. You need to speak with your doctor to make sure you don't have any medical condition that is causing it like autoimmune disease or infectious disease like hepatitis. It's good that your CDC came back normal as sometimes hematological diseases can cause this. Cold agglutinins can be difficult to deal with in performing a valid CBC.

Once everything serious has been ruled out then it is considered idiopathic which means they don't know what causes it.

Once again they need to rule out autoimmune disease and hopefully a sed rate was ordered which is a good screen for those. Hopefully your liver enzymes are also normal.
