This girl was interested but then nothing (I need girl advice)?

So chatted to this girl on hinge, she invites me to the pub so she organised it. I get there, we talk, she talks most of the time, gives me eye contact, plays with her hair once in a while, has her phone down didn't look at it once, then after 2 hours she goes to the toilet and comes back and suddenly goes oh my friends are here we are going out. Was random but 2 hours is long enough for a first date. This was Sunday now it is Thursday and I've heard nothing back. Normally I get that "hey I had a good time etc". Girls, any idea on where I went wrong and how I can improve?

Did you try contacting her?  Maybe she's waiting for you to make the move.  Or maybe you weren't her "type."
