Why can't I move a folder on my laptop from Picture (on PC) to One Drive? It tells me the folder is already open. ?

I've had this happen other times when trying to work with something and it says it is already opened, but nothing shows as open. Also when using Task Manager it will tell me files are open, but I have closed everything I can see. Cannot get file explorer to assist me in any way. Are there files taking up space that I cannot see? (hidden files??)

Re. "taking up space" --- just right click on the folder itself and then click on "properties".  In reply you'll see the folders' current parameters in detail.
