If your computer has an HDMI port it will be HDMI out.

If your computer has no HDMI port, then you can buy a USB to HDMI adapter and run its software, link it to a monitor or an HDTV.

Check the back of your computer. If your PC has an HDMI port, you should see it either where the majority of the ports are or if it has a dedicated graphics card, towards the bottom of the tower. You can also look up your specific PC model on the manufacturer's page to see what ports and other specifications it has.
