Is it possible  I am seeing weight loss results already ?

Six days ago , I introduced  protein shakes to my diet . Also I've been  drinking more water.

More importantly  , I've been walking  outdoors for 90 minutes the past six days.

My stomach appears  to have lost a small amount of fat . Or am I  only imagining  this?

Or can weightloss really be visible  and noticeable after  one week ?

    More likely you're seeing a decrease in bloating.  Fat loss is slow and having all over your body.  It is nearly impossible to drop a couple of pounds of fat in six days.  It is pretty easy to drop water weight, accumulated waste from the GI tract, and gas by changing your consumption of gas-producing foods.
