How do I get documentation that Medicare meets requirements of Michigan's No-Fault law for my auto insurance company?

You show your agent your Medicare cards.  Medicare pays what it pays regardless of whether or not you live in a no-fault state or not.

Ask your auto insurance agent what documentation he/she has submitted for other policyholders.

You simply need to provide medicare proof of enrollment.

The state knows that medicare meets the PIP requirements.
