Which languages use this sound ?

Question

So you make the sound for T by hitting your tongue against the roof of your mouth. You make the sound for P with the front of your lips. So the sound that you make if you try and make a P sound but instead of your bottom lip you use your tongue to hit your top lip as if you're saying T and P together. Does any language use that? I'm very curious.
