I recently got a septum piercing and I’ve been use bactine to clean it twice a day as I was instructed to do so. ?

But I’ve been reading that bactine isn’t good to use and it messes up the healing but then there’s the other half saying it’s good to use. I just wanna make sure I’m cleaning it right and using the right stuff because rn my nose is a little swollen and irritated when I move my face a certain way it stings. (which is understandable as it’s still new)
