Oh  that  would be  the  flag of that obscure south  American country  named   BLUR  after  the  famous  General  who  saved  the  country  from  universal  blindness,  General Blind  Freddy. The  Capital  city  is  Named  Myopia and  their  main exports  are Carrots, Prescription  glasses, Microscopes  and  Contact  lenses.
