Piercing help! ?

Question

I’ve had my belly button pierced for about 5 1/2 months. It hasn’t healed at all and it has this hump around it. It’s not a keloid but it’s legit wet bloody skin in the shape of a bump that’s always sticky to the touch. What do I do?

It’s not a piercing bump either. It’s legit flesh that’s on the outside of my body
