Does this sound like a panic attack? ?

This morning I woke up and felt like everything was in slow motion and thought I was dying. I tried feeling for my pulse on my neck and felt nothing and it made my anxiety go through the roof. I was breathing really heavy and had to concentrate on calming down and not passing out. I wasn’t in any physical pain. This happens to me a lot when I wake up

    Night terrors are a sleep disorder that cause people to partially wake up confused and terrified.

    Scary. Try meditation, learn to focus on your breathing. Get in touch with your breath.
