Appendicitis?

Hi guys, I currently have very mild pain in my lower right abdomen. Feels a bit like a stitch and although I have no other symptoms, I’m a little paranoid. I was at a dance class today, and as someone who is very unfit it wore me out. Could it possibly be from that?
